Logistics Coordinator - carrier coordination (remote)

Silverline Summit Auto Group is a Denver company supplying vehicle parts and service. We are hiring a Logistics Coordinator to take on carrier coordination. Technicians are respected and trained. What you will do • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Report on on-time performance for warranty claims. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with warranty claims. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Denver. • We reply to every applicant.
