Logistics Coordinator - carrier coordination (remote)

Lumen Field Markets Group is looking for a Logistics Coordinator. The job centres on carrier coordination for shrink and waste, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 34 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Report on on-time performance for shrink and waste. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with shrink and waste. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Indianapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
