Logistics Coordinator - carrier coordination (remote)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Bridge Freight Group and adding a Logistics Coordinator whose main responsibility will be carrier coordination. You would join a large organisation of about 841 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Report on on-time performance for customer tracking. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with customer tracking. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Colorado Springs. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
