Logistics Coordinator - carrier coordination (remote)

Clearpath Meadow Manufacturing is looking for a Logistics Coordinator. The job centres on carrier coordination for customer orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Report on on-time performance for customer orders. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with customer orders. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in New Orleans. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
