Logistics Coordinator - carrier coordination (remote)

Highbridge Clear Environmental Services is looking for a Logistics Coordinator. The job centres on carrier coordination for recycling loads, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 30 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Report on on-time performance for recycling loads. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with recycling loads. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Reno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
