Logistics Coordinator - carrier coordination (remote)

Stonegate Umber Foods is looking for a Logistics Coordinator. The job centres on carrier coordination for allergen controls, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Report on on-time performance for allergen controls. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with allergen controls. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Little Rock. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
