Logistics Coordinator - carrier coordination (remote)

Stonegate Bridge Farms supplies farm and food customers across the St. Louis region, and we need a Logistics Coordinator to lead our carrier coordination. Weather sets the schedule, and we plan around it. What you will do • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Report on on-time performance for seasonal crews. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with seasonal crews. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in St. Louis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
