Logistics Coordinator - carrier coordination (remote)

Greenridge Birch Telecom is a telecommunications provider in Pittsburgh focused on reliable home and business connections, and we need a Logistics Coordinator to lead our carrier coordination. Technicians and office staff share information daily. What you will do • Report on on-time performance for service installations. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Experience with service installations. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Pittsburgh. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
