Logistics Coordinator - carrier coordination (remote)

Greenridge Harbor Freight Associates is looking for a Logistics Coordinator. The job centres on carrier coordination for carrier rates, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 40 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Report on on-time performance for carrier rates. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Experience with carrier rates. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Tulsa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
