Logistics Coordinator - carrier coordination (remote)

Silverline Oak Telecom Group builds and runs fibre and wireless networks in the Savannah area. We are hiring a Logistics Coordinator to take on carrier coordination. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Report on on-time performance for field visits. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Experience with field visits. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Savannah. • We reply to every applicant.
