Logistics Coordinator - carrier coordination (remote)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Vale Press and adding a Logistics Coordinator whose main responsibility will be carrier coordination. You would join a large organisation of about 866 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Report on on-time performance for print quotes. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Experience with print quotes. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Buffalo. • We reply to every applicant.
