Logistics Coordinator - carrier coordination (remote)

Bluepeak Oak Inspection Services provides independent inspection and testing for industry across San Antonio, and we need a Logistics Coordinator to lead our carrier coordination. Training and certification are paid for. What you will do • Report on on-time performance for client sites. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with client sites. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in San Antonio. • We reply to every applicant.
