Logistics Coordinator - carrier coordination (remote)

Northwind Junction Auto Group is looking for a Logistics Coordinator. The job centres on carrier coordination for vehicle inspections, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Report on on-time performance for vehicle inspections. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Experience with vehicle inspections. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Tampa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
