Logistics Coordinator - carrier coordination (remote)

Northwind Bridge Telecom Partners is looking for a Logistics Coordinator. The job centres on carrier coordination for field visits, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We keep people connected and take outages personally. What you will do • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Report on on-time performance for field visits. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with field visits. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Richmond. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
