Logistics Coordinator - carrier coordination (remote)

Northwind Pike Construction is looking for a Logistics Coordinator. The job centres on carrier coordination for subcontractor invoices, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Report on on-time performance for subcontractor invoices. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with subcontractor invoices. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in St. Louis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
