Logistics Coordinator - carrier coordination (remote)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Lantern Construction Partners and adding a Logistics Coordinator whose main responsibility will be carrier coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 13 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Report on on-time performance for change orders. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Experience with change orders. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in San Antonio. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
