Logistics Coordinator - carrier coordination (remote)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Linden Inspection Services Group and adding a Logistics Coordinator whose main responsibility will be carrier coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 74 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Report on on-time performance for field inspections. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with field inspections. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Colorado Springs. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
