Logistics Coordinator - carrier coordination (remote)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Oak Farms and adding a Logistics Coordinator whose main responsibility will be carrier coordination. Weather sets the schedule, and we plan around it. What you will do • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Report on on-time performance for field records. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with field records. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Charleston. • We reply to every applicant.
