Logistics Coordinator - carrier coordination (remote)

Stonegate Ivory Telecom provides broadband and phone service around Cincinnati, and we need a Logistics Coordinator to lead our carrier coordination. We invest in training. What you will do • Report on on-time performance for billing accounts. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Experience with billing accounts. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Cincinnati. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
