Logistics Coordinator - carrier coordination (remote)

Nova Orchard Telecom is looking for a Logistics Coordinator. The job centres on carrier coordination for field visits, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Technicians and office staff share information daily. What you will do • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Report on on-time performance for field visits. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Experience with field visits. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Charlotte. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
