Logistics Coordinator - carrier coordination (Raleigh, NC)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Loom Auto Group and adding a Logistics Coordinator whose main responsibility will be carrier coordination. Technicians are respected and trained. What you will do • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Report on on-time performance for warranty claims. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with warranty claims. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Raleigh. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
