Logistics Coordinator - carrier coordination (Phoenix, AZ)

Foxglove Maple Markets Group operates grocery and general-merchandise stores around Phoenix. We are hiring a Logistics Coordinator to take on carrier coordination. You would join a large organisation of about 307 people based in Phoenix. What you will do • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Report on on-time performance for supplier deliveries. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with supplier deliveries. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Phoenix. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
