Logistics Coordinator - carrier coordination (Orlando, FL)

Clearpath North Construction is looking for a Logistics Coordinator. The job centres on carrier coordination for change orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Report on on-time performance for change orders. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with change orders. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Orlando, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
