Logistics Coordinator - carrier coordination (Omaha, NE)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Field Markets Group and adding a Logistics Coordinator whose main responsibility will be carrier coordination. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Omaha. What you will do • Report on on-time performance for online orders. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with online orders. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Omaha. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
