Logistics Coordinator - carrier coordination (Oklahoma City, OK)

We are growing our team at Summit Rowan Inspection Services and adding a Logistics Coordinator whose main responsibility will be carrier coordination. Technicians travel and report carefully. What you will do • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Report on on-time performance for equipment calibration. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. Nice to have • Experience with equipment calibration. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Oklahoma City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
