Logistics Coordinator - carrier coordination (Oklahoma City, OK)

Amberfield Lakeside Telecom builds and runs fibre and wireless networks in the Oklahoma City area. We are hiring a Logistics Coordinator to take on carrier coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 140 people based in Oklahoma City. What you will do • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Report on on-time performance for outage reports. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. Nice to have • Experience with outage reports. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Oklahoma City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
