Logistics Coordinator - carrier coordination (Nashville, TN)

Westbrook Meadow Construction delivers building projects for owners across the Nashville region, and we need a Logistics Coordinator to lead our carrier coordination. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Nashville. What you will do • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Report on on-time performance for project schedules. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Experience with project schedules. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Nashville. • We reply to every applicant.
