Logistics Coordinator - carrier coordination (Minneapolis, MN)

Stonegate Willow Auto Group is looking for a Logistics Coordinator. The job centres on carrier coordination for vehicle inspections, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Technicians are respected and trained. What you will do • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Report on on-time performance for vehicle inspections. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with vehicle inspections. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Minneapolis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
