Amberfield Ivory Inspection Services Partners is looking for a Logistics Coordinator. The job centres on carrier coordination for equipment calibration, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 34 people based in Minneapolis. What you will do • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Report on on-time performance for equipment calibration. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with equipment calibration. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Minneapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
