Logistics Coordinator - carrier coordination (Milwaukee, WI)

Clearpath Lakeside Telecom Partners provides broadband and phone service around Milwaukee. We are hiring a Logistics Coordinator to take on carrier coordination. We invest in training. What you will do • Report on on-time performance for billing accounts. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with billing accounts. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Milwaukee, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
