Logistics Coordinator - carrier coordination (Milwaukee, WI)

Clearpath Field Markets Partners is a Milwaukee retailer with stores, a distribution centre and online ordering. We are hiring a Logistics Coordinator to take on carrier coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 188 people based in Milwaukee. What you will do • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Report on on-time performance for promotions. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Experience with promotions. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Milwaukee. • We reply to every applicant.
