Logistics Coordinator - carrier coordination (Milwaukee, WI)

Redstone Linden Inspection Services Group is an inspection company in Milwaukee with field technicians and lab staff. We are hiring a Logistics Coordinator to take on carrier coordination. You would join a large organisation of about 494 people based in Milwaukee. What you will do • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Report on on-time performance for equipment calibration. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with equipment calibration. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Milwaukee. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
