Logistics Coordinator - carrier coordination (Miami, FL)

Greenridge Summit Auto Group is a Miami company supplying vehicle parts and service. We are hiring a Logistics Coordinator to take on carrier coordination. Technicians are respected and trained. What you will do • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Report on on-time performance for customer estimates. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Experience with customer estimates. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Miami, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
