Logistics Coordinator - carrier coordination (Miami, FL)

Lumen Clear Farms Group supplies farm and food customers across the Miami region, and we need a Logistics Coordinator to lead our carrier coordination. You would join a large organisation of about 777 people based in Miami. What you will do • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Report on on-time performance for seasonal crews. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with seasonal crews. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Miami, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
