Logistics Coordinator - carrier coordination (Miami, FL)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Rook Markets Partners and adding a Logistics Coordinator whose main responsibility will be carrier coordination. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Miami. What you will do • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Report on on-time performance for promotions. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with promotions. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Miami. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
