Logistics Coordinator - carrier coordination (Madison, WI)

Highbridge Meadow Manufacturing Group is looking for a Logistics Coordinator. The job centres on carrier coordination for tooling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 89 people based in Madison. What you will do • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Report on on-time performance for tooling. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Experience with tooling. • Knowledge of freight terms.
