Logistics Coordinator - carrier coordination (Little Rock, AR)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Timber Auto Group and adding a Logistics Coordinator whose main responsibility will be carrier coordination. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Report on on-time performance for warranty claims. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with warranty claims. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Little Rock. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
