Logistics Coordinator - carrier coordination (Little Rock, AR)

Bluepeak Amber Markets is looking for a Logistics Coordinator. The job centres on carrier coordination for supplier deliveries, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 128 people based in Little Rock. What you will do • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Report on on-time performance for supplier deliveries. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Experience with supplier deliveries. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Little Rock. • We reply to every applicant.
