Logistics Coordinator - carrier coordination (Las Vegas, NV)

Highbridge Drift Telecom is looking for a Logistics Coordinator. The job centres on carrier coordination for customer tickets, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We keep people connected and take outages personally. What you will do • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Report on on-time performance for customer tickets. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with customer tickets. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Las Vegas. • We reply to every applicant.
