Logistics Coordinator - carrier coordination (Las Vegas, NV)

Clearpath Nest Press prints books, catalogues and packaging from its Las Vegas plant, and we need a Logistics Coordinator to lead our carrier coordination. You would join a large organisation of about 348 people based in Las Vegas. What you will do • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Report on on-time performance for paper stock. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Experience with paper stock. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Las Vegas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
