Logistics Coordinator - carrier coordination (Kansas City, MO)

Highbridge Clear Telecom is looking for a Logistics Coordinator. The job centres on carrier coordination for service installations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We keep people connected and take outages personally. What you will do • Report on on-time performance for service installations. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with service installations. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Kansas City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
