Logistics Coordinator - carrier coordination (Honolulu, HI)

Cedar Rook Auto Group is a Honolulu company supplying vehicle parts and service. We are hiring a Logistics Coordinator to take on carrier coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 128 people based in Honolulu. What you will do • Report on on-time performance for supplier deliveries. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with supplier deliveries. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Honolulu. • We reply to every applicant.
