Logistics Coordinator - carrier coordination (Honolulu, HI)

Clearpath Quarry Telecom Group is a telecommunications provider in Honolulu focused on reliable home and business connections. We are hiring a Logistics Coordinator to take on carrier coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 94 people based in Honolulu. What you will do • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Report on on-time performance for billing accounts. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with billing accounts. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Honolulu. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
