Logistics Coordinator - carrier coordination (Honolulu, HI)

Bluepeak Harbor Telecom Group provides broadband and phone service around Honolulu. We are hiring a Logistics Coordinator to take on carrier coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 129 people based in Honolulu. What you will do • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Report on on-time performance for customer tickets. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with customer tickets. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Honolulu, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
