Logistics Coordinator - carrier coordination (Hartford, CT)

Foxglove Stone Telecom builds and runs fibre and wireless networks in the Hartford area, and we need a Logistics Coordinator to lead our carrier coordination. We invest in training. What you will do • Report on on-time performance for customer tickets. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with customer tickets. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Hartford. • We reply to every applicant.
