Logistics Coordinator - carrier coordination (Fresno, CA)

Lumen Stone Telecom Group is looking for a Logistics Coordinator. The job centres on carrier coordination for network equipment, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We keep people connected and take outages personally. What you will do • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Report on on-time performance for network equipment. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with network equipment. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Fresno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
