Logistics Coordinator - carrier coordination (Fresno, CA)

Highbridge Telecom builds and runs fibre and wireless networks in the Fresno area, and we need a Logistics Coordinator to lead our carrier coordination. Technicians and office staff share information daily. What you will do • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Report on on-time performance for outage reports. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with outage reports. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Fresno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
