Logistics Coordinator - carrier coordination (Fort Worth, TX)

Ironwood Rook Press is looking for a Logistics Coordinator. The job centres on carrier coordination for paper stock, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Many of us have been here for ten years or more. What you will do • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Report on on-time performance for paper stock. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with paper stock. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Fort Worth. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
