Logistics Coordinator - carrier coordination (Fort Worth, TX)

Cedar Hollow Environmental Services serves homes and businesses with collection and disposal in Fort Worth, and we need a Logistics Coordinator to lead our carrier coordination. Early starts and steady work; we look after our drivers. What you will do • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Report on on-time performance for collection routes. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Experience with collection routes. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Fort Worth. • We reply to every applicant.
