Logistics Coordinator - carrier coordination (Fort Worth, TX)

Bright Iron Markets is looking for a Logistics Coordinator. The job centres on carrier coordination for online orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Report on on-time performance for online orders. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with online orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Fort Worth. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
